Digital Marketing Manager

Overview: The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for defining and executing strategies which meet or exceed traffic and demand goals for all digital marketing programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish program-specific strategies and plans to drive results that meet or exceed annual traffic, demand, and customer acquisition and retention goals. Ensure all programs are executed in alignment with these plans and best practices.
  • Lead efforts to define the annual traffic and demand plans for each digital marketing program.
  • Continually optimize budget allocation per insights from test results and reporting.
  • Lead program reporting and analyses efforts. Communicate trends and opportunities with key stakeholders and identify actionable next steps to drive program performance versus plan.
  • Manage a culture of test and learn within the digital team. Continually identify and test new, innovative ways to drive program performance while adhering to brand standards.
  • Manage the external digital agency relationship. Ensure there is alignment on goals and efforts to drive traffic, demand, and customer acquisition & retention efforts for each program.
  • Proactively seek new opportunities to drive program performance and a best-in-class, relevant customer experience within all digital marketing programs.
  • Remain on top of trends and opportunities across programs. Identify and communicate opportunities for innovation and best practice implementation in the program. Adapt plans and tactics as opportunities present themselves.
  • Manage the budgets and invoicing process throughout the year and ensure all programs stay within budget.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience with demonstrated success in driving results within SEM, SEO, Affiliate, and Display programs in a fast paced, growing company.
  • Experience with mobile marketing with proven ability to define and execute mobile-specific marketing efforts.
  • Proficient with ecommerce analytics software (Google Analytics).
  • Proven ability to analyze program performance, identify actionable insights, and consistently drive results.
  • Proven analytical capabilities and critical thinking/problem solving skills.
  • Experience working with a Digital Marketing agency. Familiarity with statistical modeling and A/B testing methodologies a plus.

Ecommerce Site Merchandiser

Overview: Develop a deep expertise of the Juice Beauty brand, our products and our consumers to maximize revenue and conversion while presenting a compelling story online.

Responsibilities:

  • Recommend, set up, and execute plans to maximize revenue and achieve gross margin targets.
  • Manage all product page content, including writing & populating all product descriptions, alternate views, videos, tab content, x-sell strategy and promotional messages.
  • Determine and execute site taxonomy and style categorization to facilitate product browsing and conversion.
  • Use reporting and tools, such as Google Analytics, to optimize site experience and product presentation.
  • Drive A/B testing to optimize conversion performance.
  • Manage on site search & search merchandising.
  • Recommend & execute site personalization opportunities.
  • Drive a focus on device merchandising to fully optimize the user experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or applicable experience in Business, Merchandising, or Marketing background.
  • 3+ years of online merchandising experience in a direct-to-consumer environment.
  • Experience with web technology platforms/working with a content management system to update pages Exceptional quantitative/analytical skills necessary.
  • Exceptional coordination and communication skills.
  • Ability and desire to work at both the strategic and tactical levels.
  • Strong understanding and passion for websites, UI and Visual Site Merchandising.
  • Knowledge of the beauty industry a plus.
