Social Media Manager

Overview: The Social Media Manager role is responsible for the ongoing management and growth of Juice Beauty’s social media presence with the main goals of spreading the quality brand message and ultimately driving increasing traffic and subsequent sales to juicebeauty.com as well as promoting retailer events.

In alignment with business strategies and marketing direction, quality and consistent brand messaging, effectively conveying our story, and following our marketing themes and current events particularly surrounding our celebrity, the Social Media Manager will assertively drive awareness and engagement on a daily basis and work closely with the marketing, sales and corporate communications functions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing and communications plans that leverage the social media space. The Social Media Manager “owns” the strategy and the execution of the ideas.

  • Key Blogger Relationships: Develop close relationships and execute contests and specific linked promotions weekly with key bloggers.
  • Ambassador Program: Identify key influencers with major followings for our Brand Ambassador program, and set up monthly promotions.
  • Facebook Management: Daily engagement in a quality, customer engaging, zero typos manner with rich content and engagement. Great content, regular contests, promotions and cross promotions to drive up member likes and engagement.
  • YouTube Daily Management: Collaborate with the creative department to post rich content videos, tag and link to drive high engagement views.
  • Twitter: Tweet regular hot topics, customer support and more.
  • Other Social Media Channels: Creates, manages and grows business presence across social media channels, including, but not limited to: Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google+..
  • Content Postings Daily: Responsible for developing content across owned and earned social channels. This could include blog posts, tweets, status updates, pins, photos, contests and videos. ALL content is reviewed by the head of marketing and the CEO.
  • Retailer Events:: Drive awareness, engagement and traffic to Beauty on Wheels and sales events to support the retailers.
  • Non Profit Program Management: Manage a series of on profit organization relationships each having a few “events” per year including The Breast Cancer Fund; The Organic Center; Teens Turning Green; EWG; and The Representation Project.
  • Monitor online reputation.

Measurement Metrics: Monthly assessment of progress against goals: Leverages measurement tools to provide progress reports and mine insights, while continually finding ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives.

Digital Marketing Manager

Overview: The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for defining and executing strategies which meet or exceed traffic and demand goals for all digital marketing programs.


  • Establish program-specific strategies and plans to drive results that meet or exceed annual traffic, demand, and customer acquisition and retention goals. Ensure all programs are executed in alignment with these plans and best practices.
  • Lead efforts to define the annual traffic and demand plans for each digital marketing program.
  • Continually optimize budget allocation per insights from test results and reporting.
  • Lead program reporting and analyses efforts. Communicate trends and opportunities with key stakeholders and identify actionable next steps to drive program performance versus plan.
  • Manage a culture of test and learn within the digital team. Continually identify and test new, innovative ways to drive program performance while adhering to brand standards.
  • Manage the external digital agency relationship. Ensure there is alignment on goals and efforts to drive traffic, demand, and customer acquisition & retention efforts for each program.
  • Proactively seek new opportunities to drive program performance and a best-in-class, relevant customer experience within all digital marketing programs.

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience with demonstrated success in driving results within SEM, SEO, Affiliate, and Display programs in a fast paced, growing company.
  • Experience with mobile marketing with proven ability to define and execute mobile-specific marketing efforts.
  • Proficient with ecommerce analytics software (Google Analytics).
  • Proven ability to analyze program performance, identify actionable insights, and consistently drive results.

Ecommerce Site Merchandiser

Overview: Develop a deep expertise of the Juice Beauty brand, our products and our consumers to maximize revenue and conversion while presenting a compelling story online.


  • Recommend, set up, and execute plans to maximize revenue and achieve gross margin targets.
  • Manage all product page content, including writing & populating all product descriptions, alternate views, videos, tab content, x-sell strategy and promotional messages.
  • Determine and execute site taxonomy and style categorization to facilitate product browsing and conversion.
