Juice Beauty reserves the right to annul retailer relationship at any point


Orders

  • Minimum opening order is $1,500; with minimum reorder in lots of 3’s.
  • In order to maintain an active account status, annual minimum order requirement is $1,500.
  • Wholesale rate is 40% off retail price.
  • Opening order of $5000 or greater, wholesale rate is 50% off retail price.
  • Replenishment orders should be made in case pack quantities and/or in variables of three.
  • Minimum accepted quantity is 3 units per product.
  • Opening orders will receive complimentary corresponding testers with order.


Testers & Back Bar

  • Complimentary corresponding tester is available when ordering of 6 or more of product.
  • Testers may be purchased at 60% off SRP with reorder of product.
  • Testers will ship without a box and be labeled TESTER.
  • Back Bar pricing represents approximately 60% off SRP.
  • Back Bar Items will ship without box and be labeled NOT FOR RESALE.
  • 12 ounce bulk-size back bar options represents approximately 70% off SRP.


Shipping

  • Free shipping on any opening order for U.S. orders.
  • All orders are shipped from (FOB) Petaluma, California.
  • Juice Beauty does not drop ship or ship C.O.D.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery (from submission of order)* – *Please note that during holiday peak shipping periods, deliveries may be delayed.


Returns/Claims

  • Please examine your order upon arrival for any discrepancies. Any shipping damage or loss must be claimed by consignee with carrier. All other claims must be submitted to Customer Service within ten (10) days of receipt. Customer Service 415-457-4600 ext.233
  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless the product arrives damaged or defective. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without Juice Beauty return authorization. All cartons must be identified as such.
  • Returns must be received in their original condition at our Petaluma, CA location.
  • Returns may be subject to a 20% handling or restocking fee.
  • Unauthorized returns may be charged a 20% restocking fee and all freight charges.


Retail Requirements

  • Agree not to sell products outside of the agreed upon retail site either directly, indirectly or through a third party, including websites not solely owned by you (i.e. amazon.com, sears.com, eBay)
  • Agree not to appoint sub-distributors to sell Juice Beauty products.
  • Agree to stay at or above the Juice Beauty Suggested Retail Price (SRP) as is currently on www.juicebeauty.com for U.S. retailers and as directed by Juice Beauty for international retailers.
  • Agree that Juice Beauty, Inc. retains all rights to Juice Beauty logos, trademarks and patents.
  • Agree to not divert Juice Beauty products to any other country.
  • Agree to display Juice Beauty within prestige areas.
  • Abide by the Suggested Retail Price unless offered as a special 1-2 times per year.
  • No Juice Beauty discounting of products.
