I have been using this sunblock for 3 years, and I notice a big difference if I go out on a sunny day without it. I use it year round. I don't like how it doesn't spread easily on my face, so I wet my hands and rub it around in my hands before applying it to my face. That makes it pretty easy to spread evenly and eliminates the initial whiteness upon applying the lotion to my face. I also spread this on my neck, chest, and on the back of my hands for sun protection.
