There are many ways to earn rewards points! Organic Glow members receive 1 point for every dollar spent, Glow Getters earn 1.5 points and Ultimate Glow Members earn 2 points per dollar spent. Everyone earns double points on subscription orders. Earn more points by joining our SMS list, leaving reviews, following us on social media, and many more!

Redeeming points is easy! Simply login to your account and apply points at checkout, or visit our rewards page to generate a one-time use code to use at checkout, or share with a friend. Please note: rewards cannot be combined with sale prices, promotions or other discount codes.

Rewards points cannot be combined with sale prices, promotions or other discount codes, including during Black Friday, Cyber Monday and other site-wide sales. If you redeem points during a sale, your rewards discount can only be applied to full-price items. Since points don't expire as long as your account stays active, we recommend saving them for a full-price order.

Only one discount can be applied per order. A rewards discount cannot be combined with another promo code, gift-with-purchase offer or sale price.

Points expire after 2 years of inactivity.

Yes, you will be downgraded to the next eligible tier one year after the tier spend threshold is not maintained.

Points earned on purchases will appear within your account when your order is shipped. If you do not see points on completed action, please wait 24 hours to verify they have still not been added, then please reach out to us at customerservice@juicebeauty.com if they have still not been applied to your account.

Points earned on items later returned will be deducted from your points balance. If you used points on your order, they'll be adjusted too: a full refund adds all points used for that purchase back to your account, and a partial refund adjusts your points to reflect the amount actually spent.
